Vic the Jackass, and the BANS(Build a Niche Store) SCAM. Get a FREE Niche Store NOW!

First off I call BANS a scam because it’s easy for just about anybody to do this for FREE, if you know how.

Stay tuned and I will show you how..

But first…

Have you heard of this guy(Dumbass) Vic over at Blogger Unleashed? (Apparently GarryConn isn’t too fond of him either)? Apparently a BlackHat SEO’er who had a breakdown running 12 companies…blah blah… crying a tear…

Have you seen this guy? Watch this video where he disses Caroline Middlebrook, be forewarned this guy doesn’t know how to use full sentences, his profanity is off the wall, and all around he’s probably the biggest jerk I’ve seen in the Blogosphere, oh yeah and he has a major stuttering problem or something.

You should definitely learn to speak if you’re going to do audio/video, perhaps write a script so you don’t have to say ‘uh’ ever other word…

Seeing this guy’s video makes me think he’s really blogging from his grandma’s basement where he and his girlfriend(mail-order bride, or possibly a blow up doll) live rent free.

Can he say ‘uh…duh…um…uh..’ anymore? He stuttered so much and used so many profanities I couldn’t even keep watching – it was putting me to sleep.

He makes it his goal to slam and smear every a-lister out there including: Darren Rowse, John Chow, Shoemoney, etc….

His SEO tactics are pretty easy to spot. Every post he writes he bolds his main keyword like 50 times in hopes of ranking high for that keyword. In this case Caroline Middlebrook.

Now back to BANS (Build a Niche Store). If you haven’t heard of BANS (Build a Niche Store) – It’s basically a ‘Made for Adsense Site’ only instead of Adsense – it’s the Ebay Affiliate Program.

He has written – many, many posts on using the Bans (Build A Niche Store) program. In fact he may have created the product for all I know – I was unable to find the owner’s name / info.

-->

My point though, as one of the top marketers of this program, I could see his BANS money coming more from recommending the BANS program than actually building the sites himself.

Check out Vic’s NUMEROUS Search Engine Spam on BANS(Build a Niche Store):

The scam is that BANS can be easily created using wordpress for free. They are charging $97 for the product. I’m going to set the record straight, and show you how to create your own BANS-like site for FREE.

If you can’t wait for my installment and/or want to help the environment – Feel free to click that link and signup for BANS. There are many, many people claiming to make a ton of money using the system and if you can’t wait for part 2 of this series, then by all means – go ahead and sign up using my affiliate link(I’ll be giving away 30% of all commissions to a Green(Environmental Friendly) Charity.

Stay tuned, and subscribe to this blog, and I’ll be revealing how you can Build your own BANS-style site for FREE using Wordpress. It’s extremely easy, and I will also be starting a brand new Free Niche Store of my own and detail it’s successes and failures.

@jtrigsby: My point was if you're wanting to waste your money and buy it you might as well do so from me- that's why I linked out. It was more of a joke - I made it very apparent not to click the link and signup - but for people who can't wait to get my next Free Niche installment then they can go ahead and get BANS which may be quicker and a little easier - but for many people $97 for another miracle promotional product is just too much money - I'm putting together a package of my own that's less than $50 includes hosting, and 10 domain names of your choice, and should be just as easy as BANS.

As for Vic I'm not a fan because he talk's shit about everyone and his neighbor and drops the f-bomb way too much. He acts all big and tough but if you watch his video he seems like a geek. He can't even talk without stuttering and I've never heard anyone use 'uh um' so much - He needs to perhaps write a script before he does it or something - in my opinion he's probably the least professional blogger around - and I seriously doubt he makes as much as he claims.

In my opinion the scam is Vic more than Bans. Bans itself is an ok product - it's just overpriced and I have been taken before in my hayday for the dream of wealth and riches - I believe there's a better way to do it- and I'm going to show it.
  • Hey Patrick,

Pretty interesting how hard you're slamming Vic when (almost) all your BANS links on this page point to http://goldspire.nichestore.hop.clickbank.net/. Why is that? If you're going to show us how to build a niche store for free, why are you linking to ClickBank to sell the product you say is a scam? Or if that's too subtle for you, what about the BANS banner ad appearing in the middle of the post? What's that all about?

If you're just jumping on the Vic Train to get some anchored links, hey, that's good blogging. But don't try to sell your 154 subscribers on your honesty and the ease of "doing the same thing for free" when your flogging the very product you're criticizing. That kind of thing is what gets people called a hypocrite.

Yes, I'm a Vic follower, so what. Does that change the crap you're trying to pull? NO.

As of this writing I have 103 BANS sites. It took me about 2 weeks to get them all setup and I'm already generating revenue with the sites. And in the interest of telling the whole story, the point of having 100 BANS sites is take advantage of targeted organic traffic and thus be good with trickle traffic. If I average $1/day per site that $100/day and $3,000/month. I'm not there yet but hey, its been less than 2 weeks.

I wish all of you luck with your niche stores and strongly suggest that you consider using BANS. Its set and forget money! Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.

  • A client of mine found a blogging platform that was going to cost $300.00, required him to get the source files and database from another source, and offered all of the features that are available through Wordpress for free. I steered him away from it as quickly as I could. It's sad that so many people really can be taken advantage of with this stuff.
  • I'm quite interested in the next installment of this.

Unfortunately, it's really common for people to sell things that are readily available for free. It's not just the world of BANS and related stuff, but everywhere.

The best ones are the eBay auctions selling digital delivery of OpenSource, freely available software. When you 'win' the 'auction', you're given a link to the SourceForge download page.
