Medifast Weight Loss Journal : Day 1

Posted on 12 January 2012 by Patrick Curl

Ok so this is Day 1 of my daily Medifast Weight Loss Diet Journal.

medifast weight loss programIn case you're unaware, I've been struggling with my weight my entire life. It has affected everything, it's made me suicidal on my darkest days (never took action but had some days where I spent the whole day thinking of an easy way out )- but I care too much for my family to do something stupid like that, and a part of me has always believed that one day I will be through with this trial - I will find a way through - I have to or it will kill me one way or another. I have no option but to try the Medifast weight loss plan, and then get my weight loss surgery.

So far for breakfast I had Blueberry Oatmeal, it was kinda dry and not the best tasting stuff, but I managed. For my 11 o'clock snack I had a mint chocolate crunch bar which was actually quite tasty.

For my next two meals I'm going to be eating a Medifast weight loss program caramel crunch bar, and some pizza cheese puffs also from the Medifast Weight Loss program. For Dinner, I will be having a Thai Chicken Salad from Panera. I'm on the Medifast Weight Loss 5+1 program which means I have to come up with 1 lean and green meal for myself daily. The Panera salads are pretty tasty and low in calories.

So far I feel good about today, and am looking forward to having great results from my Medifast weight loss journey. I'm very excited to see how well the Medifast Weight Loss Program does for me and to see the results after the first month.

Current Weight: 664 pounds (lost 2 pounds since Sunday from just drinking Shakeology and Protein Drinks twice a day while I waited for my Medifast Weight Loss products to get here.)
Goal Weight: 500 pounds by May 1st. (I know it's a lot to lose but I know if I work hard it can be done.)

Why I'm doing the Medifast Weight Loss Program: When I get below 500 pounds, I will be getting weight loss surgery to get the rest of the weight off and keep it off.
