Be safe – Check you Credit Report Often.
At a time when credit is drying up, and it’s getting harder to get a loan for a car, home, and when consumer lines of credit are harder to come by, it is imperative that we keep track of our credit reports. The smallest negative mark can be a major indicator for your creditors on why ‘not to lend’ to you.
It’s a scary time for Americans, and even across the world. Paying bills is becoming harder and harder. You absolutely must know what’s on your credit report.
I check my credit report at least every 2 months. It’s a good way to stay safe, and to see if there’s been any weird activity. With the rampant identity theft, it’s always a good ideas to be prepared. It’s a fact the more often a person checks their credit report, the more likely they are to avoid getting taken to the cleaners by an Identity Thief.
