Facebook Launches IM(Instant Messenger / Chat) – Be the First to See it on youTube.

We scored a video of the New Facebook IM, that’s about to be launched in the ‘next few weeks’, via Mashable.com.

It seems to be something akin to Gtalk, the only issue that seems to be looming big, is what it will amount to for those with a huge number of friends. For some in the 5000 friends club, it could be a nightmare sorting through IMs, that of course is yet to be seen.

Personally, I think it’s amazing they have waited so long to launch a chat device, that’s almost one of the first things launched on most social networks.
