Re: the topic posted, having myself a background on Human Resources Management I believe it's a very good idea to leverage a company's human resources assets. I must agree with Peter Answers though, that when most people don't wish to cooperate, this idea could hardly be implemented, but in that case manager's motivational skills can be very useful to get as much people as possible to pick up on the idea as if it were theirs and face it as a challenge to be carried on in spite of their supposed lack of writing skills.
