This is a pretty cool service. Whether you want to take a youtube video on the road, and listen to the content while working out, or commuting to work. Or if you’ve just worked real hard on a video, and want to easily convert it to a podcast for sharing on podcast directories this is a great way to convert between filetypes.

They also have  a firefox plugin which easily integrates into your browser.
