Today I'm starting a new weekly segment on The Blog. Called the "BLOGROLL POWER PLAY", which will feature a unique blogger each week, who will also be inducted into Social Media Soup's Hall of Fame, i.e: the Blogroll. I'm going to add a relevant blog to my blogroll, then I'm going to give them a nice review. These are blogs that are actually deserving, and not just a-listers that everyone links to. By the way - ALL LINKS in my posts by default are NOFOLLOW. Except the Power Play Bloggers, they get special treatment!

This may seem selfless at first, but I'm a greedy blogger with my own motives. This is a power play, see I'm looking for a team of bloggers who I can be friends with, collaborate with, do joint ventures with, guest blog with, who will show their mutual support for Social Media Soup(Dig our new name?), and I will show my support for what they do. You digg me, I'll digg you kind of philosophy. I'm also adding a lot of other features to make this site more communal, such as: CommentLuv, KeywordLuv, Sponsored Comments, Removing NoFollow from comments, look for these to be rolled out shortly.
