I have to agree with Training Guru there. As hard as it is you know that it is much easier to have a goal and with the right tools make it work. I have always written that it is all about you motivating yourself to eat right, drink right and exercise right and be really excited about your future.

I was surprised at this as well. I don't think though that this guy is a main trainer which makes me wonder if there are a team of trainers on the show

Patrick, I respect the fact that you want to lose weight, but I suggest you not use 'Getting on the Biggest Loser' as an excuse for not losing weight on your own. You have the power, you have the motivation, just get out there, run for thirty minutes every day and gradually increase, switch to organic food, eat less sugar, drink more water.
